More time in Denali and one night in Anchorage

If you want to spend more time in Denali National Park, this tour is just right for you. The tour includes “Direct to the Wilderness” rail service, two nights at the Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge, one night at the Mount McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge and a Natural History Tour on which you can observe rare birds and caribou herds. And you spend one night in the bustling town of Anchorage where you can find interesting museums and shops.

Day 1 Anchorage
Welcome to Anchorage, the first stop on your tour. This is the beginning of an unforgettable adventure in the Alaskan wilderness.

Day 2 Anchorage / Mount McKinley
Today we bring you to the Mount McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge where you can enjoy the stunning views over the mountains from the tarrace.

Day 3 Mount McKinley / Denali
The morning is free to relax or to take part on an optional excursion before you travel by scenic motorcoach to the Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge. The lodge is situated in an extensive area around the Nenana River Canyon. If you feel like exploring the surroundings, just come to our Tour Desk and find out about the optional excursions on offer.

Day 4 Denali
You have the entire day to explore the flora and fauna of the Denali National Park. Take part on a Natural History in the morning, then plan your own trips with the help of our Tour Desk.

Day 5 Denali / Whittier
Ride the Denali Express rail direct to your awaiting ship in Whittier and set sail for a for a fascinating cruise.

Day 5-12
Cruise “Voyage of the glaciers”

This cruisetour can be booked in the reverse order as well, i.e. the land program takes place after the cruise.
